"9th Ward New Orleans" This is an animated musical slideshow about the devastation in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and covers the disaster as it unfolded throughout the first week of September, 2005. The song was composed and performed by Chris Chandler with David Roe and is based on the composition "Louisiana 1927" by Randy Newman. This slideshow/animation has been viewed tens of thousands of times online and has been featured on FreeSpeechTV's Source Code program which is broadcast to 17 million homes. |
